Major Enhancements in Mifos 1.6


This release extends Mifos to new levels of flexibility, functionality, and performance. Mifos 1.6 includes the first version of Mifos translated into Chinese, branch-level holidays, loan moratoriums, and scalability support for up to 1 million clients.  This release also contains 2 new reports, Detailed Aging of Portfolio at Risk and the General Ledger Report for a total of 5 standard reports.  Reporting will be a major focus of upcoming releases as we transition to Pentaho to provide a larger set of standard reports and more robust business intelligence.
